Ideas for Your Dishes STUFFED AUBERGINES 1 kg of small aubergines, bread crumbs, milk, 30 grams of dried porcini mushrooms, 3 eggs, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, 3 garlic cloves, origan, soft part of bread, salt. Boil the aubergines until half cooking, mince garlic and dried mushrooms (already revived in warm water) and add aubergines' pulp; mince again and put everything in a bowl. Add eggs, soft of the bread soaked in milk, parmesan cheese, origan, megnut and salt. Stir very well and fill the aubergines with stuffing then cook in the oven.
