Ideas for Your Dishes WHITEBAIT OMELET 300 gr of whitebait, soft of bread, milk, 3 eggs, 1 white of egg, 1 spoonful of parmesan cheese, 1 half onion, parsley, sweet marjoram, olive oil, salt. Prepare minced onion and parsley then brown it. Beat the eggs and the white of egg in a bowl with parmesan cheese, sweet marjoram, soft of bread soaked in milk, salt and pepper. Add the whitebait and keep on stiring. Pour the mixture in a pan with the browning and stir. Keep on stiring until the eggs are curdled then cook one side of the omelet.
