STUFFED ONIONS |

800 gr of onions, 30 gr of dried Porcini mushrooms, soft of bread, milk, 3 eggs, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, 2 garlic cloves, origan, megnut, salt. |

Cut onions in two pieces each and leave the inner leaves, mince the latter and brown them in olive oil and salt. Keep on preparing the stuffing just like stuffed aubergines putting the stuffing in the two halves of onions. |
